Why show ranges rather than exact prices?
Because scope drives price — and scope varies. A process optimization project for one team is very different from one covering six departments. Showing ranges gives you a realistic anchor without misleading you. The exact investment is agreed after a 30-minute call where we understand your specific situation.
What are your payment terms?
For engagements under $20K: 50% on project start, 50% on delivery. For larger engagements: 40% on start, 30% at defined midpoint, 30% on completion. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Government and enterprise clients on procurement terms: contact us.
Do you offer discounts?
We don’t discount on price — it signals the original was wrong. If budget is the constraint, we adjust scope to fit your investment rather than reduce what we deliver. We offer 1 month free for annual retainer commitments, and a 15% reduction for registered non-profit charities.
What is included in the Discovery engagement?
Current state assessment, opportunity identification, business case per recommendation, a written report, and a leadership presentation. It’s designed to give you enough to make an informed decision about next steps — whether you proceed with us or not.
Do you do SAP engagements — and how does that affect pricing?
Yes — SAP project management, SAP programme management, Signavio process mining, and SAP Datasphere are all within our certified capability. SAP engagements are typically scoped at the higher end of the ranges shown, reflecting the additional complexity and certification premium that SAP environments require.
Can I start with a retainer without a project?
No — retainers are only available after a successful project engagement. This isn’t a policy for its own sake: it’s because an ongoing retainer only makes sense when we understand your environment, your team, and your specific needs. That understanding comes from delivering a project together first.
