Synapse is delivered as Deployment-as-a-Service on the Microsoft 365 you already own: we design it, build it and hand it over running. The timeline depends on the number of projects and how much of your current reporting we are replacing, and it is fixed in your proposal before work starts.

What it costs
Synapse is licensed and deployed under a tailored quote, offered as an implementation, an enterprise deployment or per-seat SaaS, depending on your organization. We work on fixed fees, not hourly rates: one price, a defined scope and a timeline, agreed before anything starts. If the work takes us longer than planned, that is our risk, not yours, and any change in scope is re-quoted before the next phase rather than added to an invoice.

Do we need new Microsoft licences to run Synapse?
No new licences are needed for the core platform. Synapse runs on SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI within your existing Microsoft 365 environment, so your data stays in your own tenant.
Will our project managers have to change how they work?
Less than you might expect. Synapse is designed so project managers stop chasing updates and building reports by hand. They keep managing projects; the administration around them is automated.
Is Synapse suitable for compliance-sensitive organizations?
Yes. Synapse includes document control and an audit trail, and because it runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, it follows the security and retention settings you already have in place.
Can Synapse handle Agile and Waterfall projects together?
Yes. The project hub and reporting are configured around your delivery methods, so portfolio dashboards can show Agile, Waterfall and hybrid projects side by side.
