Calendly
When you book a meeting, you interact directly with Calendly’s booking system. Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences. Their data handling is governed by Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary:
- Contact form submissions — up to 2 years from the date of contact
- Client engagement records — 7 years after engagement concludes, in line with Canadian business record-keeping requirements
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for processing
- Analytics data — anonymized, retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months)
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption across all pages of our website (https://)
- Secure hosting through Hostinger with regular security updates
- Access to personal information limited on a need-to-know basis
- Secure email communications through Microsoft 365
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach posing a real risk of significant harm, we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and affected individuals as required under PIPEDA.
