While project managers were still building status reports manually in Excel, we were configuring Power BI dashboards that generated them automatically from live SharePoint data. Leadership gets real-time project health — no manually produced report, no scheduled meeting to share it. This capability, now marketed as “AI reporting” by new entrants, has been part of our standard delivery for years.

RPA in Procurement — When Most Organizations Were Still Using Paper Forms
We implemented robotic process automation in procurement and finance workflows — automating vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, invoice matching, and approval routing — while most organizations were still handling these processes manually or with basic spreadsheet macros. Our CPSM certification, combined with LSSBB process methodology, meant we understood which processes to automate and how to design them to hold up in production.
