Who we work with

Built for the way Ontario small businesses actually win work

Most of our website clients are small and mid-sized organizations that need a site to do a job, not just look good. A few of the sectors we design for:

Trades and contractors

Clear service pages for each job you do, the areas you cover, photos of your work and a quote request form that works on a phone, so a homeowner can contact you from the driveway.

Clinics and health practices

Practitioner profiles, services, online booking and plain answers to the questions patients ask before they call, laid out so front-desk staff spend less time on the phone.

Professional services

Accountants, consultants, lawyers and advisors need a site that builds trust: clear expertise pages, credentials, articles and a simple way to book a first conversation.

Retail and e-commerce

Product or menu pages, opening hours, location details and, where it makes sense, online ordering or payments, all set up so local customers can find you on Google Maps and in AI answers.

Non-profits

Programs, events, volunteer sign-ups and donation links on a site that staff and volunteers can update themselves, without paying a developer for every change.

Serving Ontario

Web design across Ontario

We are based in Ancaster and work remotely with businesses across Ontario. Most projects run smoothly over video calls and shared documents, and we are happy to meet in person around Hamilton and the GTA. We do not have offices in other cities, and we will not pretend to. What we do have is a clear sense of what different Ontario markets need from a website.

Toronto and the GTA

Search results in the GTA are crowded, so a generic site rarely ranks. We build separate, well-structured pages for each service and the parts of the city you serve, add schema so Google understands your business, and structure content so AI assistants can quote it when someone asks for a recommendation.

Hamilton and Burlington

This is our home ground, and in-person meetings are easy to arrange. Many Hamilton and Burlington businesses still run on an old Wix, Squarespace or template site. A rebuild on WordPress with proper local SEO is often the fastest way to start getting more calls from people searching nearby.

Ottawa

For professional services firms and organizations that sell to government, credibility and clarity matter more than visual effects. We are comfortable working with procurement-heavy buyers, including MSAs, SOWs and security questionnaires, and we build portals on Power Pages or Azure where Microsoft 365 integration is needed.

London and Kitchener-Waterloo

Technology companies and manufacturers in this corridor often need more than a brochure site: product pages that explain technical work in plain language, a blog that builds authority, and sometimes a customer portal or web app. We handle all three under one fixed quote.

Niagara

Hospitality, tourism and service businesses in Niagara depend on visitors finding them quickly on a phone. We focus on fast mobile pages, booking integration, clear location and hours information, and content that answers the questions travellers ask search engines and AI assistants.

Process

How a website project works

A Starter Website can be live in 1–2 weeks. Larger business sites and web apps typically take 4–10 weeks, depending on the number of pages and integrations.

  1. Free 30-minute call

We ask whether you need a new site, a rebuild or a portal, what the site should achieve (leads, bookings, sales or client service), roughly how many pages, and which integrations you need.

  2. Fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours

One price, a defined scope and a timeline. If the scope changes later, we re-quote before the next phase rather than adding it to your bill.

  3. Structure and design

We plan the pages around what your customers search for and ask, then design the look on a custom WordPress theme with no page builder, so the site stays fast.

  4. Build and search setup

We build the site, connect forms, booking or CRM, and set up SEO, schema markup, analytics and AI search optimization, including llms.txt where it helps.

  5. Launch, training and support

We launch, train your team to edit pages and posts, and provide 30 days of support. After that, an optional maintenance plan keeps everything current.
