AI Agents & Autonomous Automation.
AI that doesn’t just answer questions — it takes action. Plans, decides, executes, and integrates with your real business systems.
Book a Free AI ConsultationAI Agents go beyond chatbots.
They can plan, decide, and execute multi-step tasks on your behalf — automatically, continuously, and integrated with your real business systems. An agent that monitors your project pipeline, flags risks, drafts status reports, routes tasks, and updates your dashboard — without anyone asking it to.
We design, build, and deploy AI agents that integrate with your existing tools and operate within the boundaries you define — with human-in-the-loop controls where judgement is required.
Quick facts
End-to-end AI agent design and deployment.
How a AI agent engagement works
An AI agent engagement typically runs 3–5 weeks once started. We take one multi-step task off your team’s plate, build an agent that carries it out inside your systems, and put human approval in the places where it matters.
Choose the task
On a free 30-minute call we identify which multi-step task you most want automated, which systems the agent would read from or write to, and where a person must approve before it acts.
Design the workflow (week 1)
We map each step the agent will take, the data it needs, the decisions it makes and the points where it hands back to a person. Guardrails and limits are designed at this stage, not added later.
Build and integrate (weeks 2–3)
Using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or Microsoft Copilot Studio, we build the agent and connect it to SharePoint, Teams, your CRM, ERP, email or APIs.
Test with real cases (weeks 3–4)
The agent runs against real examples with your team checking its output. We tune instructions, tools and approval steps until it performs reliably, and log every action for audit.
Go live and hand over
The agent goes into daily use with monitoring in place, your team is trained on how to supervise it, and you get documentation and 30 days of support.
What it costs
AI agents are quoted as a fixed fee for the agreed task, with additional agents or multi-agent systems scoped as separate phases. We work on fixed fees, not hourly rates: one price, a defined scope and a timeline, agreed before anything starts. If the work takes us longer than planned, that is our risk, not yours, and any change in scope is re-quoted before the next phase rather than added to an invoice.
The main things that move the price are:
- The number of steps and decisions in the task
- How many systems the agent connects to, and whether they have APIs
- The level of human approval and guardrails required
- Whether one agent is needed or several agents working together
Most AI agent projects are paid in two instalments, at kickoff and at handover, or in three for larger work. Tell us what you need and we will send a fixed price for your AI agent project within 48 hours, free and without commitment.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes action: it can research, gather data from several systems, prepare a report, route a request or trigger an approval, working through several steps toward a goal.
Which tasks are good candidates for an AI agent?
Multi-step tasks that eat team capacity and involve some judgment, such as research, report generation, request routing, monitoring and approval workflows. Purely rule-based tasks are often better suited to RPA.
How do you stop an agent making a costly mistake?
Agents are given access only to what they need, high-stakes actions require human approval, and every action is logged. We test against real cases before go-live and keep monitoring afterwards.
Can an agent work inside Microsoft Teams and SharePoint?
Yes. Agents can be built with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other frameworks and connected to Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and other Microsoft 365 services, so people work with them where they already work.
Who maintains the agent after launch?
Your team is trained to supervise it and make routine adjustments, and the documentation explains how it works. If you prefer us to keep improving it, a support retainer is available.
